THE HERNE HILL FREE FILM FESTIVAL
The 2014 HERNE HILL FREE FILM FESTIVAL begins on Friday 2nd May and runs until Saturday 31st May.
This year the venues include The Prince Regent Pub and Steve’s Cafe and there will also be outdoor films in Brockwell Park, Brockwell Lido, Herne Hill Velodrome and Station Square.
Plus there’s a 48 hour filmmaking competition.
The festival kicks off this Friday at 8pm with an outdoor screening in Station Square of the Buster Keaton classic Steamboat Bill Jr, complete with live piano soundtrack performed by internationally renowned accompanist Neil Brand.
All events are FREE. No tickets required (except for event at Steve’s Cafe).
The Herne Hill Free Film Fesitval, now in its second year, is planned and run entirely by volunteers.
